Hoe-Down w/ Abby

Abby had a pioneer dance at school. They learned two different dances. Which by the way, one was super hard. It was called the Texas Star. The other one, I can't remember the name, but all the students did wonderful. I even got to dance once. I didn't do very good. So Abby didn't ask me again. ha ha. Good job Abby I'm proud of you!!

Christmas 2010

We didn't have the kids Christmas this year, so we had Christmas on the 28th. It was a really good Christmas for us. The kids got spoiled as normal. It was Camryn's first Christmas, she was not into it to much. She just wanted to play with all the garbage.

Abby trying out her new sewing machine. She loved it.

Me pulling a super cheezy smile

Nick being cute as always!

Camryn trying to open her presents.

She was not to interested in anything, just the garbage every where.

Santa brought Lanie littlest pet shop. She was so excited.

Tayler got Spy gear from Santa. He loves it.

Shaylee got a rock tumbler. She was so excited to try it out. We didn't realize how long it takes to do one batch of rocks. A week and a half to process one batch. Yikes. But she loves it.

Santa brought Abby a sewing machine, By the look on her face you can tell she is super stoked!!

As a family gift, we got a pool table that also has a ping-pong top. The best gift ever. The kids play with it at least once a day.

Pizza Oven By Abby Marie

Abby had a science project at her school. She choose to make a pizza box oven. She got the idea from her Aunt Carrie. It turned out great! She cooked some half baked apples and the were wonderful. She won a special award. Next year she can compete. She is already thinking of things to do. She can't wait to use the pizza oven this weekend.

Abby is taping the black construction paper to the bottom of the box. Which helps create the heat, when the sun rays hit it.

Abby's finished project!

The apples have only been in for about 20 mins.

Abby's finished product. She couldn't wait to get the apples out and try them.

Yummy, Yummy. Good job Abby, mommy is so proud of you!

Thanksgiving 2010

We went to Vernal for Thanksgiving break. We were there for two days. Thanksgiving day was so yummy. My sister Carrie cooked the turkey and did a WONDERFUL job. Mom's cooking was good as always. Nick and I brought two pumpkin pies, they were yummy also. I am so thankful for my family and all that they did for me and my family. We just played the whole time we were in Vernal. We got up Friday morning to go to the Community Holly Days. (NOT SHOPPING) Me and mom waited in line for 1 hour and 20 mins for the kids to ride a camel. It was so cool, they had a good time. Then they rode some Shelton pony and they thought it was borning. Lanie is the only one that really like it. Then we took them to the Ice Skating rink. They had a really good time skating. Tayler had never skated before and he took right off. Shaylee and Abby did well. Lanie didn't even make it around once and fell. She was finished. She hated it, poor girl. :( So I skated with Shaylee for a while. Nick, dad and Tayler went shooting guns. They had a good time. All in all we had a great Thanksgiving.
Camryn was so tired, she slept the whole time we were at Community Holly Days. She was snug as a bug in a rug. :)

Tayler ice skating for his first time. He did so good!

When we went to Vernal a couple of weeks ago, we went on a hike to Stinaker. It was hot, but fun. Tayler keep thinking that we were going to get lost.

This one is really dark, but I thought it was cute.

Winnie Roast

We went to Vernal a couple of weeks ago to visit family and have a end of the summer winnie roast. It was so fun. The kids had a lot of fun playing at the land, and at the grandparents house. My sister, brother-in-law, grandma, grandpa, aunt, and friend came to the winnie roast. Of course, poor Lanie is so allergic to the animals at Papas and Grandmas house and farm. She had swollen eyes & she kept snezzing.
Camryn playing in the sand with her feet. She loved the sand.
